C-Store Against Tax Holiday Purchases

During the Tax Holiday purchase time in April, I had 240 C-Points from filling out the survey.
I used those points to purchase the Star Cruiser and Light Cruiser Bridge Packs while they were on sale.
This week ... I have noticed that these two items are NOT recorded in my C-Store listing as having already been purchased, even though they have. This means that if I'm not paying attention, it is perfectly possible for me to buy these items twice apparently. I'm thinking this is because of the "re-pricing" during the Tax Holiday counting in the database as a "different item" with no cross-link to the undiscounted versions of these items.
When I click on either Fed Bridge Pack I or II, even though I have already purchased these items the Buy button lights up, indicating I am permitted to purchase (again). Furthermore, the bounding box on these items is colored Blue in the store, rather than Grey, indicating (again) that I have not yet bought these items (when in fact I already have).
Request C-Store Dev investigation as to Why This Is So and a resolution which prevents this sort of behavior going forward.

Overall the C-Store UI needs an overhaul.
Also, it only all shows up as bought on the char I bought it on. When I checked an alt I freaked out because nothing showed up, but I did have access to everything I bought so far.
Having an update on the UI would be nice. It'd also be nice if we can verify on the main webpage what we bought on our account status.
From this day forward ALL servers will be taken down DAILY to upsate the database.

Huh? The Tax Day sale is quite a while back, it should show as purchased. I think I have that with a KDF bridge pack (I can see it on the Fed toon where I bought them, use them on my KDF, but on KDF, they show as 'unpurchased'). Not such a big deal since I don't plan on buying anything from the C-Store anymore.
It's the same with me. I noticed that one character shows certain items unlocked while another one shows that they haven't been purchased. It's like that with all of my toons. I freaked out at first, but knew that I still had the items. They really need to fix this as I might forget what I purchased in the past.
Then again, those character slots wouldn't show up as much either.
The problem isn't that the bought functionality isn't working, the problem is that the UI doesn't show it as purchased.
