But yes, I would surmise the Devs had no idea where that corridor headed, and as such just put an invisible wall there. To be fair, it's likely there is no way to find out where it goes, but it doesn't make it any less lazy. :P
Some bridges were not set to be functional, many were because they were redresses of existing sets that were functional so they retained that functionality.
Also there is a bridge illustration of the Relativity.
Edit: Not last one, the last of the Starfleet and Earth Starship Bridges and yes, its like that ... blame the set builders.
Someone should send that link of yours to Cryptic so they can actually correct some of the bridges we ahve in-game that aren't as accurate as they should be and as a template for giving up the rest of them also.
I prefer to complain about the BASEBALL STADIUM sized bridges and corridors clearly make for Yaoi Landwhales ... my ship is not hosting a animu convention, I dont need corridors that wide.
Yeah, even my Galaxy bridge is insanely huge. I can barely see the viewscreen from my seat.
Still better than having your Conn officer's head in the way on the Belfast bridge! Whoever designed that bridge should be left out of future ship interior and extirior work!
Its a warship, it does not have a HDTV so the Captain can watch the Superbowl and this actually does extend to other view screens, reason we think they are much bigger is because of perspective .
I can complain about it because the Conn station isn't supposed to be so elevated that the Conn officer and his chair blocks the Captain's view of the viewscreen.
But i want Stadia Private Suite box seating.. that takes a big screen to see the game..
so you get a mini bar and buffet line.. comfy seats and a box next to some whale celeb..

Fact is the Defiant have a tiny viewscreen and a elevated station that means it will block the view because its nearly at the same height, in fact this extends to most viewscreens and that is why when the Captains had to talk with whatever it was in the viewscreen they stand up and WALKED to be in front of it, not may times you have then sitting down and talking.
You can complain all you want but you want TV magical angels and Crypic cannot provide the TV magical angels, either you accept that fact or you dont ... the Belfast Bridge is very close to the real set and conforms to the blueprints we have seen.

Oh! The linear boredom of different factions literally having th same stuff to play. Yeah! I know that's STO also. Generic games seem to be al the rage. Maybe that's why my 360 hasn't been used in ages but the Wii gets played regularly.
