I'm a shaman/witch from a long line of witches. It tends to be rather hard to explain and most people look at me like I'm insane.

I have a pretty good idea. I draw from the Celtic, Shinto and Native American traditions of shamanism and witchcraft. It can be very complex. Given that it has some very odd gender structures to it, I get some really weird questions and assumptions from people.

Wicker Men were an invention of the Romans for propaganda purposes. There were very few crimes one could be executed for among the Celts. There were some pretty bloody way to execute someone.

Insane nothing. My older sister was a practicing Pagan, and I share quite a few beliefs with Native American shamanism. I don't call it insane, I call it awesome.

I am a Christian, non-denominational. But in alot of ways, you could consider me agnostic, from the standpoint that I don't claim to know (agnostic = a (without) gnosis (knowledge)). Basically, while I have my faith, I am under no illusion that what I believe is better than what anyone else believes or doesn't. I am here to learn from others, to respect others, and just try to make my way through this crazy world as best I can with what I learn from others. :)
