Time out issues

Is anyone else timing out when trying to log in a certain character or timing out while waiting for gameplay address? If so where you able to fix this?

    I am getting the same thing. I can't seem to enter a ticket in the support system either.

    I am getting the same problem now too. I'm assuming it's due to the recent episode release. I had no problems prior to the release. Cryptic, PLEASE FIX SO WE CAN PLAY AND HAVE FUN!!!!

    Cant even get out of earth dock. just get the load screen. Dont know whats been going on with STO since the ground thing update. Lag, cant log in, stuck, cant fire weapons.

    Man I have this level 3 guy I want to play so bad, but the game doesn't work. It just lets me create new characters. Can't do missions or anything that requires ingame loading.
