wrong teir marks needed

tier 4(mk 8) shields in the pvp vendor on k7 need tier 3 marks for some reason.

quite aggravating as i just farmed enough marks to be able to afford one of them only to find that my marks are useless for what i want.


should've checked the vendor in t3 and bought my t4 shields then.

    The same problem with Exploration medals.

    Mk VIII shields require 3rd order medals instead of 4th order Medals.
