Bit of a difference between a £15.000 car and a £30 game. PS Seems to be a lot of cars being recalled recently due to faults so you blow your own arguement out of the water.
Fair enough on the quote thing, so from this perspective either we should get a free month or Cryptic recalls the game boxes, we'll send them back on their expense and they give us a refund.
A faulty product, should be fixed immediately, if that is not possible it should be recalled.
