ok, so just how am i supposed to change my name anyway?

so i get an automated email telling me i will be prompted to change it when i log in

i get no such prompt

i log in and i get another email from a csr telling i have a "bad name" and my name is bad name 2902.

I go to change it but I cant since I have to use the Cstore

i go to the cstore and its not an option, not that I would pay out of my pocket for it anyhow

so kindly explain once again why it was decided to purge bad names and create over 2k players named bad name xxxx who cant change their names?

this helps how?
or did i miss something in those wonderfully instructive emails i got from CS
