Does anyone ever actually respond to these petitions?
I've had an issue where I end up in an animation loop as if firing a rifle, and become permanently rooted. Filed several reports when this happens, which indicates that someone will respond soon to sort it out, yet I never see a GM.
What exactly is your definition of 'soon'? Definitely not under an hour, that much I've learned.
