Guestpass's Not Working.......

I got the collectors edition basiclly for the purposes of these guest passes for my friends and my G/F to see if they liked the game. And they just are not working... Keep getting the message:

"This key does not activate any known products."

Over and over...

Is this going to be resolved today ? Just looking for some answers.

    I would assume that they are having issues like everything else due to the heavy load. It might be a good idea to wait a day or two before you use those
