DS9 Uniforms missing from GOLD Edition

I bought the GOLD Edition, and i have entered both my keys ( GOLD Edition key and Retail key ).

Store i bought from: http://www.webhallen.com ( Swedish retailer )

I have tried to locate my DS9 uniforms that should come with this edition of the game, but i fail to locate them. I have tried to create a new character, but the uniforms are not available there. I have looked in the C-Store, but still no sight of the uniforms. I have looked at the guy where you can modify your character and uniform on the station, but still no DS9 uniforms.

However, i got some other items in the C-Store that i don't know where it comes from...

I have the following features activated on my account...

Wrath of Khan Admiral's Uniform
Star Trek Online - Preorder
Star Trek Online Del Taco Promotion A
Star Trek Online - Gold Edition ( GOLD Edition DLC card )
Star Trek Online - Retail ( GOLD Edition manual )
Star Trek Online - In game items

Where are my uniforms???

    at least you got that. I got the collectors edition and nothing has shown up. No ship no uniforms nothing

    i have the exact same thing, exept i dont have a title in my c-store.

    do you by any chance have a "the next generation movie" uniform in your tailor? because i have that for some reason :S

    Everyone has that. It's a default uniform.

    My uniforms didn't appear right away like some of the other perks, but they are there now. Hope it's the same for you!

    Some retail bonus's are actually found on a small slip of card inside the retail case, so if you ordered a retail box online, youll have to wait for it to be delivered. Other bonus's will show once you input your code. You just need to wait for the account server load to die down a little.

    Unfortinitly, no. I have tried everything from character creation to C-Store to modifying my character ingame, but no DS9 uniforms yet.

    If you read my post, you would se i already have entered the retail key, and the special gold edition key. I got some items in the C-Store, but they have nothing to do with the GOLD edition, just some random items/titles

    yep i got the same issue,this is what i've got activated...
    Activated Features

    * Star Trek Online Open beta access
    * Star Trek Online - Preorder
    * Star Trek Online - Gold Edition

    only things in the c-store is some TRIBBLE 6secs reb matter buff with a 10min cool down and 2 titles,

    whats missing is the ds9 uniform and the Borg BO

    hmm,well ok then,the company i bought sto gold from sent me another code this morning,which when entered activated ingame items O.o

    I still have not got my DS9 Uniforms for the GOLD edition.

    Same problem here.
    My DS9 uniform is still missing... :confused:

    Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

    I'm having tha EXACT same problems. I also bought from webhallen but i thnk this is a problem on STO's part. If i dont get my DS9 unifrom Crypict will be in trouble! :P :O

    Also bought it from webhallen and havent got it yet i guess il just have to wait for STO to show it

    Same for me... it kinda sucks that we can´t get our uniforms but hey we can still play the game.

    The funny thing is that the red matter thingy wasnt in the original deal but still i have it
