Randomly getting stuck in build posistion

I am a engineer, I am constantly making phaser turrets and Shield Generators while on the ground in ground combat
Every so often though, after doing this, I will get STUCK in the build posistion
I can't move, can't shoot, can't do anything, I have to beam up to my ship, then come right back down again in order to move again
Just letting you know this is still in the game even after the most recent patch
