Price of Liberty mission bug

I have completed the mission to point where I need to beam to my ship. The only problem I have no way to beam to my ship. A couple of days ago servers went down on me at this point. Haven't been able to play since then. Now I can't get to my ship. The journal entry says "mission text missing". I have tried killing myself, dropping the mission, and /killme to change the instance. It has been over an hour since I submitted the GM ticket. The Khitomer is kinda boring after an hour. Any ideas would be awesome!

    It has now been over two hours since I started a GM ticket. This kind of wait normal? Did they take tonight off since the game officially starts tomorrow?
