Was a great turn out from everyone with about 10 of us including a few from our Klingon House! Always good to see those pesky Klingons! We even had a guest from another fleet who joined in the fun and carnage and had a great time!
Infected run tonight to celebrate the 9th anniversary of the UFP Fleet and the first of a weeks worth of events to be held across a number of games and also some showings of the movies and fav eps!!
The Wrath of Kahn was fun to watch with everyone and the Infected run went well! Several STO events being run tonight in honour of the 9th Anniversary!!
Just to let you know that the details of our 9th Anniversary Charity Event have been posted up. Here is a brief summary of the annoucement.
Through Star Trek we got to a glimpse in to the future Gene Roddenberry wanted for mankind. A future where humanity would be free from discrimination, poverty and war and would show selfless concern for the welfare of others.
Sadly the world we live in is far from perfect and there is certainly a long way to go and to reach it everyone has to do their part and that includes us. So to help do our part and to celebrate our 9th Anniversary {UFP} will be running a charity raffle that is open to all of our members!
We will be running a member vote to decide which charity you would like to support out of a shortlist of five well respected international charities.
Members will be able to donate money using PayPal, each £1 they donate will get them a virtual raffle ticket and at 17:45 UFP Startime on Stardate 2111.127 (thats Saturday the 7th of May) the raffle will take place.
