crash every time and can not play

Two toons now.
I get to the point to beam down on the VERY FIRST mission as you start the game. It crashes at beam down. Then every time I log in and select my toon it crashes.
I made a second toon and same problem with it.
So its impossible to beta test or even find out if i like the game, since it crashes in the first few minutes at the same spot each time.
I tried to log in, in safe mode of the game last time and it crashed with a different error.
Error reading file. Unique Error ID: 6719096
