Ladies and Gentlemen, I'd like to introduce the newest member of my team - David "Daeke" Bass. He will be managing the forums for the interim for me. Please welcome him and show him the same kind of respect and generosity of spirit that you have shown me. :)

Ps. No he's not replacing me. *grin* I know you guys worry about that sort of thing.

    Welcome to the forums Daeke.

    Not to sound too nerdy, Daeke will be like Awen's First Officer or "Number One" here on the forum.

    2009 is flying by so fast.
    Hope you wont be away from the forums to long Awen.

    But i wish the new person all the best for the 'interim' period.

    I'm very excited to have joined the Cryptic team. You all are definitely a great bunch of people, and I can't wait to get to know you all as we explore the universe together. Or something like that.

    Now I'm expecting a thread in the main section soon, followed shortly thereafter with a thread on mmorpg.com, about how Cryptic broke their promise about a screenshot, and how that is a bad omen for the game when it's released. :p;):D

    Haha. Well, my alternative plan was to Rickroll y'all, but I thought that might have made a bad first impression, so I went with "false information" instead, which is always much funnier. To me, at least.

    Guys, :) I'm not going on vacation. I just got promoted so I have a ton more work and Daeke is helping me make sure that you guys get all of the attention that you deserve.
