Items lost on the exchange.

So I was asked to make a report here regarding some lost/missing items I had listed on the Exchange, I am a bit unsure what I really need to provide. But anyway, around the end of last month I posted a few items to sell. Some of them sold correctly however 5 Experimental Ship Upgrade Tokens and a 22 of 47 Doff have vanished from my listings, no mail confirming their sale and I don't recall them selling either.

Support confirmed this, so hopfully posting this here as requested will help get this sort of issue resolved for anyone who also might be suffering from it.

    Items you post on the exchange stay there for 7 days. If items you post are not sold in that time you get notified via an email in game where you have to go to a mail point either on Drozana ESD etc to retrieve the items back in your inventory. Claiming back the items via the in game does not put them back in your inventory and are subsequently lost.
