Didnt receive my last 50 Event Campaign progress points from playing on the last day

Posting this message after submitting a ticket and being requested to do so by the person handeling the response.
After playing the event (The Feast - Space TFO) on its last day I failed to recieve my last 50 event progress points towards the event campaign making me unable to complete the campaign and get my reward. I got the dilithium for completing the tfo but not my event campaign points. The previous day I had bought some zen and bought out previous events to make sure to have enough points that my last play that day would get me a full completion on the campaign, but to my shock I didnt receive the points so opened a ticket.
