Mark Twain outfit new?

My memory and search-fu are weak. I can't find online if the Mark Twain outfit available during the Winter Festival is new or if it's been offered before. I seem to recall it being in the game in the past, but maybe I'm thinking of the Abraham Lincoln outfit.

    The Mark Twain outfit is in the Lobi Store.
    There is a Mark Twain sweater that was just released with the Winter Event.
