CSV + turrets - wrongly stacking acc malus

so you introduced the typhon carrier to make turret builds cool - then you break turrets+csv by making a stacking csv acc debuff PER SHOT fired, so we sit at 25% base acc with csv making turrets a "thing, not to be touched" for all builds that use csv?
i see that there is a dominance of csv due to many traits, be it SAD and others - but why not fixing those, instead you break turrets completely for all those that cannot stack multiple CSV benefitting traits ?!
if you want to try to fix exponential damage,cut the UPPER curve, not totally break the lower curve maybe?!
