Temporal Front > A Time for Answers stuck, not spawning last enemy

For the second consecutive time, the mission The Temporal Front would bug on the section A Time for Answers step "Defeat Vosk's Remaining Forces" where the last enemy would not spawn. The first time I beamed back up to the ship and back to the mission, but they wouldn't spawn. Then I quit the game, came back and finally they did. I replayed the mission again (for the 2-piece set) and that enemy failed to spawn again. This time, I left the game up for a few minutes while I had to recover my password for these forums so I could report the bug, and while about to quit he game again to come back, the enemy finally spawned (but after about 5-7 minutes).

I'm on PC, using the ARC launcher, playing my Gamma Recruit.
