in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Unable to use Captain Alteration Token. The screenshot attached is all I can do. I can select Vanguard (which I have unlocked) and that's it. I have tried DS9, ESD, and FED Academy.

    I'm not sure I understand the problem here.
    Players have previously reported when trying to switch from Jem'Hadar to Jem'Hadar Vanguard, the Vanguard isn't showing up - yet it is showing for you.
    So, you should be able to pick Vanguard and press "X" to change to Vanguard - or is that the bit that's broken?

    That's the bit that's broken. I can select Vanguard, but that's where it ends. Nothing further can be done. There are no further steps allowable like with the other races.
