Minor Issue: Jem'Hadar unable to place sci boffs as First Officer in Dept Heads

Good morning. I submitted a ticket a few days ago about this issue via in-game, and I've been requested to post about it here, and provide a link back to the topic to the GM who responded, and to help bring the issue to light.
This *is* a minor (aesthetic) bug that doesn't really directly affect gameplay, but I wasn't sure where else to put it.
On my L65 KDF-aligned Jem'Hadar Vanguard (Gamma Recruit), under the "Department Heads" tab in the Duty Officers UI, I'm not able to place any science bridge officers in the position of First Officer (which is, in my case, what is desired. I only seem to be able to place engineering and tactical bridge officers.
In the provided screenshot, you'll see my character status UI on the left, with a list of Bridge Officers on the left tab-list, and, on the right, the Dep't Heads tab under the Duty Officers UI, with the "First Officer" menu pulled down; None of my science officers are available to be placed there. I have attempted unchecking "Enable First Officer Recommendations", but to no avail.
Again, this is only a minor/aesthetic issue, but one that I feel may matter a little to thematic players like myself.
