Did not get advertised dilithium…why?

So, when I didn’t finish the typhoon event, I was majorly bummed out considering I’m working multiple days with long shifts and am also dad to two small children…anyway…

The devs say they were going to open the typhoon event for rewards, so I spend some Zen to buy the event, since I needed like a day or 2 to buy it, it wasn’t expensive.

So in the box for second chance it had a listing of what was supposed to come with the event, the ship, pulse phaser weapons, and dilithium… I was like uhhh yeah, please and thank you… note that I was not expecting the 8k, 9k, 10k scaling dilithium since the event wasn’t live…anyway…so after purchase the event, no dilithium…though it was in the description in the Zen store.

I am posting this as requested by my help desk ticket.

The Dilithium just goes straight to your Ore balance and doesn't come in a box in your inventory.
You should have been able to see it awarded in your chat log, though.

We are aware of a 'missing Dilithium Ore' issue related to the Second Chance buyout on Dimensional Typhoon, affecting some players on PC. We are on the path to implementing a fix for future purchases, and are also investigating what we can do for affected players. We'll update you as we know more.
