Mycelial Harmonic Singularity Code UR mod broken

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The Ultra Rare mod for the Disco Rep Singularity Core seems to randomly swap between SSS, SSR, SST and Trans in the project window and even when the project is slotted and running. I crafted a core and got Trans as a Modifier. Is the UR mod not suppose to be only SSS?
