injured officer in "into the flames" unreachable

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
the first injured officer on the starbase in "into the flames" is stuck in debris on the map and is hence not target-able nor are they reachable due to the debris blocking the path to them.

    Is this the ground part of Earth Spacedock in the mission "Surface Tension?"
    Can you please also provide screenshots of the section you're talking about?
