BREEN Chel boalg warship T6 claim bug

So I completed the winter event but did not claim the ship at the time. certainly I’m getting into using the friendships so I went to reclaim it that I am unable to re-claim it from the event reclaim tab I have a Phoenix prize titan number one I try to use that to buy the ship, but it is not working. It’s glitched and stuck at the top of the list. I have checked all my characters and The same thing happens to each character. I have included pictures of the reclining tab picture of my inventory with the token on the picture. When I click on use token, it is glitching only with this ship I can reclaim all the other ships that I have from the events.

Please help I have no idea what to do next

No, you didn't get this ship from the Winter Event.
The game launched on Consoles in September 2016, and although the Winter Event did indeed run on Consoles that year, only the PC had the chance at the Chel Boalg as their prize.
On console, we got the Rezreth.

Additionally, if you didn't claim a ship at the time of an Event, then you've lost out on being able to reclaim it later.

In order to use the Phoenix Token to buy the Chel Boalg, you need 'Use' the token, which will open the Epic Phoenix store for you.
This only unlocks the ship for that one character, and if you discharge it, it cannot be reclaimed.
