Ship/bridge-unique Space Dialogue/Contact/Window Frames Missing Since ship bridge update

Certain ships with unique bridges (Kumari, Oddy, TOS ships, Galor, etc) and c-store packs with unique interiors (TOS bundle, DS9 Bundle, Voyager Bundles, TNG Bundle, etc) also previously added an interface overlay which changed the frame of the dialogue/contact window, or "viewscreen," in space. When the bridge update earlier this year unlocked bridge/interior selection in the ship tailor, these overlays stopped appearing, and now no matter what bridge or ship or combination of both you have equipped, you now always only have your faction's default viewscreen frame.

As several of them are in the C-store, they're a paid item. This means that I've lost access to something I've paid real money for. Most particularly of note to me, the Andorian Escort & T6 Pilot escort viewscreen frames, The Belfast bridge/interior's unique viewscreen frame from the DS9 Pack, and the same for the Odyssey's actual Aquarius bridge/interior.

I've tested this across character/ship/faction/bridge combinations. For example, my KDF Rom flies an Elachi ship. I don't remember if he ended up with the KDF or Rom viewscreen, but even running the Elachi bridge, he no longer has the elachi window frame.

Ex: Before the update/what I'm referring to that is missing: Fed player's Andorian escort with Andorian Bridge has changed the frame of his viewscreen/dialogue/contact window/whatever to match the Andorian bridge. This is now missing since decoupling specific bridges from specific ships. If they made this video today, that NPC would be hailing them on a normal starfleet viewscreen, instead.

In a perfect world, viewscreen frame FX could also be selectable alongside your ship interior/bridge/layout, but I wouldn't lose any sleep if the frames were just re-tied to their original respective interior/bridges either.

Either way to resolve it, these paid, premium assets are and have been missing.

This was removed from the graphics/visuals bugs sub, which I believe was mistaken to do so on that mod's part. The last time this bug occurred, it was the art devs who fixed it. If any moderators want to guide me on where they feel a more appropriate channel or format to present this in would look like, I'd ask that they take the time to address that with me before just removing my post again.
