When is the going to be a Romulan recruiting drive. All the others are going around for the 2nd time.

    The Romulan recruitment is Delta (they control the gate to get there and spearhead the operations in Delta quadrant during the Iconian war) though it is open to all three of the base factions. It generally happens in April or May, though recruitments often get swapped and moved around on the calendar so that is not a certainty.
