typhoon console is bugged

The energy web made by the typhoon class's console, instead of moving forward while expanding as its meant to, will move backwards, erratically, or not at all, and either scrunch up or expand unevenly. it seems to happen more frequently when your ship is moving but i can't find any through line other than that. It seems to happen no matter what character i try.

Hopefully someone can figure out why its happening, because i certainly can't.

Edit: I was wrong, they didn't fix it.

    I was looking to see if anyone else had mentioned this, as I am having the same issue. The firing logic of the energy web seems erratic, sometimes barely moving, moving quite fast, moving backwards, barely spreading, spreading really wide really fast, some points on it spreading super wide and others not...it's a total jumble.

    Please post this where it can make a difference.

    My apologies, but where exactly to find and post related to my issue (as I don't often post often), is not easy exactly 'where to post' out here in the -- stars. I put the discussion title in the search box and got nothing related to the console. So here it is:

    The 'Protonic Snare Projector' console does not work as advertised.

    During a battle with the Undine in their Sphere space, the last part after taking out all the three (3) 'Planet Killers' - -

    The Protonic Snare Projector 'console' - the detailed 'box' deployed in front of my ship, got larger, moved onto MY ship, finished deploying - causing no damage and simply 'disappeared' by the time it got to the back of my ship.

    'We' all would appreciated it very much to see what the console does exactly, when it's fixed. Honestly, there are many of us who honestly really appreciate your personal time keeping us in the game.
