Mudd Sales Got Inverted: 32nd Century Legacy off-sale while Regular Items Still on Sale

Hello!
When the 32nd Century Legacy Choice Pack/MEGA Bundle were announced, the article stated the Pack/Bundle would be on 50% discount for 2 weeks, while the non-Bundle items would be on sale until today.
Instead, the sales got inverted. The first two of the pictures were taken on October 4th, highlighting that the Bundle only had days (should have had nearly 2 weeks) while the regular Mudd items had nearly 2 weeks (should have been only 3-4 days).
The next two pictures show the original announcement article's time frames.
Today, the 32nd Century Legacy Choice Pack (can't speak for the MEGA Bundle as I bought a Choice Pack) went off sale, while the remainder of Mudd's Market is still on sale. Those are the final two pics.
Can we get the 32nd Century Legacy Choice Pack/MEGA Bundle onto a full 2-week sale, or at least time a re-start of the sale to still end not the following Thursday but the Thursday after?

However, the 32nd Century Legacy Choice Pack/MEGA Bundle are still not at their 50% discount (that should have been going and also keep going until a week from today).
New pictures included.
EDIT: The official blog seems to have changed. In my original post, you see the end date listed as "10/17," which fits years of precedent to give a 2-week period to buy at 50% off.
However, the STO Wiki social media administrator pointed out the blog now says "10/7" as the end date, even though it's not formatted like the start date (listed as "10/03", not "10/3").
So now we need a confirmation that October 7th was the intended end date, which would go against practically every other Choice Pack/MEGA Bundle's initial sales period.
