Contradictory Zen packs on store

So when I go to the Arc games storefront, with all the games listed, the usual Zen packs for STO are liste. The one I am after, 2400 Zen, costs £15.99. It has done for ages.
However, I click on it, and it says page cannot be found. I go to the STO page directly in the store, and the currency pack options there list new amounts, including 2200 Zen for £20.

Now a price increase I can understand - inflation and all. However, why does it now come with less Zen? All the packs have less Zen for more money now. What's going on?

    I think you just had a temporary glitch as no such thing happened for me. If it still happening for you some screen shots would be useful.

    Good idea.

    First screenshot - the prices as specified on the Arc storefront page. These are the prices I am familiar with, but following them takes me to an error page.

    Second screenshot - these are the new prices that show when I go to the Star Trek Online page in the store itself and click on the link for Virtual Currencies. Note the higher prices for lower Zen.

    Gonna ping a mod for this @darkbladejk can you shed any light onto why this occurs as it isn't for me as I'm in UK too.

    I'm in the UK and I see these prices:

    Huh, so 2 people so far with no issues, but when I try they fail and the only ones that work are different prices
    ...what in the hell is going on?

    Okay, Support have confirmed it is indeed an error and are looking into it, so yay, hopefully it gets sorted soon!

    Apologies I hadn't got to get to this sooner. Power was out for a bit from friday to sunday morning and just now caught back up on some stuff. Glad support was able to get it sorted for you.
