Missing old version full body wetsuit after opening the box

This was reported to support in Ticket #1114560.
At Risa I bought the old Swimwear, Male - Wetsuit (Full) outfit box.
When I opened it I didn't get the notification in chat nor did I get the suit when I went to the tailor to check for it.
I bought it because I wasn't happy with the look of the new Kelvin wetsuits that I bought.

I'm sorry to say that the Wetsuit is not under Beachwear Separates; it's only in the Beachwear Set, and you're not going to find the old Wetsuit parts under any other entry in Off-Duty.

I was going by what Cryptic Support said it was possible to locate it.
But then I remembered that I got that suit on the first toon I made and checked and noticed just what you just wrote.
Which means that something went very wrong when I opened the box, for it to not show that it was opened and not creating the clothing sub category as it should. Yet support says they can see that my toon have said wetsuit, not sure how the can see that, probably some flag or checkbox somewhere.
