Hull capacity scaling stuck at lvl 50 after changing species

I have run into a rather frustrating issue where my hull capacity is scaled as if i was lvl 50 after changing my species from alien to reman.
I noticed it when i checked my Legendary Scimitars hull while in the Sol System and it is 67k instead of the 90k+ it was before, i then did the math to figure out what is happening.

I used the Hull values from the wiki https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Legendary_Scimitar_Intel_Dreadnought_Warbird
and then plugged them into the hull capacity formula: (HullBase x HullModifier) x (1+ (hullskill x0,003)) which should at lvl 65 amount to (63000x1,4)x(1+(10x0,003)) = roughly 88k which it was before i changed species.
However now my hull is at ~67k.

If you use the lvl 50 values from the wiki (48300x1,4)x(1+hullskillx0,003) = 67000 which is what i'm stuck at now, so it is scaled to lvl 50.
This issue affects all of my ships and the math checks out for all of them.

(fyi this is all done with an empty skill tree as i just changed my species, so HullSkill doesnt really impact the formula)

Not directly related your bug, but is your formula factoring in endeavor perks? Even with a completely reset tree, you should still have some bonuses from that as well.

Are you, per chance, in a level 50 area (such as the Solanae Dyson Sphere)?

No i am in the Sol system

I just booted up the game and now the issue is somehow fixed lol, i did restart the game multiple times yesterday and it didn't do anything. Don't understand it but happy anyway.
