No one's lips move

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Since the beginning of the Kings and Queens updates, none of the characters lips move. Apparently this has been an issues before. It would be nice to have this fixed.

    Yeah, this and numerous other elements of cutscenes are bugged. It's kinda frustrating to see how many issues there are

    This has been in the game since the very beginning; this is due to the greater focus on the story itself rather than character animations. I personally find it kinda funny. Maybe those Romulans (such as D'Tan and Subcommander Kaol) are telepathic? Actually, that IS a thing, IIRC.
