Rutherford costume parts...... weirdness.

The Rutherford unlocks give you three separate costume parts to use. The store description has a few vague comments about what characters can use these. Namely it claims that only Human, Vulcan, Romulan, Talaxian, Andorian, Aenar, Rigelian, Orion and Alien can use them. This is..... only partially accurate. A: some of those listed races.... don't have full access, and.... B: some other races DO. I've not tried literally EVERYTHING yet so this list is probably incomplete. I'm going to organize this based on whether listed or not since those have special attention placed on them by the devs.

Veril CAN use despite not having the implant
Reman (F kDF) CAN use despite not having the implant
Reman (M) can't use ear but has implant
