New patrol Out of control can bug or hang leaving the player unable to progress

The new patrol titled out of control can hang even if all of the current objectives are complete. in this state the patrol does not end or progress.

I did not have this happen to me last night but I am not denying that there could be a bug here. Then again how long did you wait? Maybe there was lag involved?

It just happened to me as well, so it's not just a one-person thing. I tried respawning, but it didn't trigger anything.

*edit* I ran the other patrol successfully, then ran this one again; the end of mission success triggered the second playthrough.

Sounds a lot like the bug found in the Mirror Universe patrol Khonshu Khaibit. Several times I've cleared out the Terran ships at the final stage only to have the mission fail to complete.

I can confirm.
All objectives green, Borg cube warped out, nothing happen after. I stayed on site for about an hour, got close to both allied ships, nothing happened.
Log off and back : it triggered various dialog scene, but not the ending.

A second attempt later on did work.

One difference between the two attempt : in the first, I killed all the borg waves before evading the borg energy weapon shots. In teh succesful one, I evaded the 4 shots before I killed the last borg.
