Captain Alteration token - Issue with Jem'Hadar

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
I tried to change my Fed alligned regular Jem'Hadar to Jem'Hadar Vanguard. Unfortunately there is no option to "apply" the change. The only two options I had was press A to Select, or B to Back. I had no issue with my other toon changing from Human to Alien, there was an option to press Y to apply the change. But no such option when trying to alter my Jem'Hadar toon. Anyone ran into the same issue with Jem'Hadar toon?

    Have you unlocked the Vanguard as a Species?

    Yes. I have another toon that's a Vanguard.

    I just got this response from support. Looks like this is indeed an issue for Jem'Hadar toon.

    Has this issue been resolved yet? I also have Vanguard Jem'Hadar unlocked and am unable to change a regular Jem'Hadar character to a Vanguard Jem'Hadar character. Same issue. Will not apply the change. Special note, this Jem'Hadar is a Gamma recruit.
