Khitomer Defender Space Set not usable on low level characters.

Khitomer Defender Space Set cannot be used on low level characters, as the reclaim for it is at Mk XII instead of being level scaling (Mk Infinity) like most other reclaimable sets.

    Thank you for bringing this up. I noticed the reclaim was for MK XII items instead of leveless and wondered about lower level characters being able to use the set.
