Hello, good Month and Autumn to all.

Token to add one hangar space per time per not small sized ship.
Hangar Pets limits on which ships they can be carried by, removed(eg the sphere Builder ones. Also the Borg Mirror, cause I can't use it with my selection of Annorax, and Annorax looking like a small Unimatrix One is the reason I gotten it. I mean, I can use Borg sets on it, but not the sphere? You know, Borg, the people that can turn a small sized vessel to a cube in like no time? And it does have a hangar space already I see no point on this and it's one of the reason I bought it in the first place).
Test-Ground weapons/gear Mission, Test Space weapons/gear Mission: Missions that players can jump to and load fast to test weapons effectiveness, colors etc. One for Ground, one for Space.
Adm. Necheyev didn't own ANY Starfleet ships. Starfleet did. Also she didn't make one bolt, connect a single wire, gelpack or device, or otherwise helped on making them. I find it presumptuous she claimed it was HER ships. In fact saying as much would probably warranty a reprimand from any of her superiors in Federation and possibly not participating in said actions as other superior personnel do, would in our days(2409 onwards) result in herself facing the same fate as what she has threatened, in that same penal colony.

I'd disagree with you on this one.
Restrictions such as these, exist for a reason - balance. Some Hangar Pets are more powerful than others, but the restriction to a certain ship(s) limits their interaction to ships that are 'gimmicked' to rely on the power of those Pets.

I would rather they revamp the Dyson Sphere missions and just make more of those cutscenes skippable.

Those cutscene's act as a form of 'tutorial' for how things work in the Dyson Sphere and should remain unskippable.
However, it'd be great to have those scene's (and the unskippable ones in other missions) become skippable after the missions have already been completed by one other character on the account. I'm not sure that's something that could be implemented, but it'd sure be nice.

Unless something has changed lately the unskipable cutscenes in the Dyson sphere only play once, when you first go to the area they are about. The only one I know that plays every time is the New Romulus thing with D'tan and Obisek, and even that stops if you run a particular mission (though I don't remember the name offhand).

Yes, they only play once per character, and they are unskippable.
What I'd like to see is the ability to skip them on other characters after I've seen them once on my first character.
The only one I know that plays every time is the New Romulus thing with D'tan and Obisek, and even that stops if you run a particular mission (though I don't remember the name offhand).
That cutscene is meant to be your introduction to New Romulus, which originally was only accessible when you accept the mission "New Romulus Aid". Thus, you'd see the cutscene once and complete the rest of the mission.

When the Mission Journal was revamped (butchered, more like...?) back in 2018, as long as you had a level 65 character, all the first missions in each storyarc become accessible - including access to New Romulus. You can now beam down a charcter without the "New Romulus Aid" mission and you'll see the cutscene. But, without the mission being flagged as complete, the cutscene will continue to play each time you beam down.
It's another example of an unskippable cutscene that I'd like to become skippable after having been seen at least once on the account.
