MK XIII temporal unlock not applying

Suri@slinkiisu and Kari@kalliestratis were created together to be identical characters. Both accounts have the same temporal agent unlocks. Other characters on @slinkiisu have the ability to create MK XIII reputation gear. However, for some reason, Suri can only make MK XII gear.

Has Suri gone to temporal Agent Crey on Earth Space Dock and claimed all the unlock rewards for Temporal Agent? One of them is the one that unlocks the Mk XIII Ultra rare gear. Without claiming it you'll still be limited to the Mk XII's. Not saying you didn't but it's worth checking out.

...You and Kezo came to the same conclusion, that no one else in months has thought of. I've been to him so many times I simply forgot to do it on Suri. Problem solved, it was just a forgotten NPC. I feel stupid now.
