K13 Bridge Officers

TL;DR
Hi, I looked and looked for an answer on Google before I posted so if I missed something and I'm posting about an old topic, then I'm very sorry.
/TL;DR
I'm wondering if anyone is having trouble with K13 Bridge Officers not using their space abilities. I purchesed a male Klingon and he wouldn't perform any Temporal ability set to auto, and then I replaced him with a female Klingon but she performs only half of them. This is on every character using the Temporal Multi-Mission Science Vessel, regardless of my character's class and whether it's a new character or an old one.
This has been going on for months and I was hoping someone else may post about it eventually.
