Hirogen Predator's "Field of Prey" Console Not Impacted By Cooldown Reduction

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Per the title, the new "Console - Universal - Field of Prey" from the new T6 Hirogen Predator does not receive any cooldown reduction from either the "Unconventional Systems" Personal Space Trait or the "Console - Universal - Subspace Fracture Tunneling Field" from the Vovin Obelisk Carrier.

    They did fix it. lol but just to 3s every 10s. Trait become active on first shot, but rest of trait specs are just blank spam. Still!
