Fleet emblem background/foreground not retaining colors

The fleet emblem background and foreground editors (Fleet menu, Settings tab, Fleet Emblem select backround or foreground, X button) provide two color boxes. Changing the colors works while you're in that particular foreground or background editor, but when you press A to save, the colors reset to an orangey color and a pinkish color.

Viewing the emblem on the Fleet info page shows only the last saved colors (foreground OR background, not both, with the other one this pinky orange pair).

This has been an issue for years. Doubt it'll get fixed anytime soon.
