Protostar Uniform

In the Promotions tab, there is still the option showing to get the Protostar uniform even though that event has come and gone and there is no other way to get the uniform. With the year long event allowing people to potentially get the Protostar now, is there a way we can please be able to purchase this uniform with either Zen or Lobi or Mudds? Some of us would like to look the part with the new ship that we are getting that maybe we didn't get with the lockbox.

Is this not actually available anymore? Big bummer if so, but it would explain why the button keeps failing when I click it.
