Captain Alteration Token not functioning

I have a Captain Alteration Token and it is not functioning. I have a Klingon aligned Romulan and when I go to the trailer on New Romulus or Qurnos, it says to hit R2. When you do, there is an empty box on the left that says Choose Species and a box on the right that says [UNTRANSLATED: ]

Neither of these boxes can be interacted with at all.

The fact that so many are reporting they're not working (in various places - facebook, x, forums, reddit, etc.), and the lack of "launch sale" suggest these are not meant to have been made available yet.

Hopefully, we'll see these working properly soon...
