How do I acquire the Adapted M.A.C.O. pulsewave rifle?

I have completed the Task Force Omega reputation and completed many of the ground projects. One thing that is listed as available on the S.T.O. website is the Adapted M.A.C.O. pulsewave rifle. The videos that I've seen look pretty cool and I would like to get one. It isn't listed as an available project though. How do I get one? I could have sworn they were listed a few years ago when I looked at the projects then. Anyone know?

Its been a while for me, but... I kinda wanna say you need the full MACO set before you gain access to the Adapted MACO set.

So... check to see if you have all three pieces of the ground MACO set. If not get the missing parts. That SHOULD unlock access to the Adapted MACO.
