Missing Klingon ships from Event Campaign V Prize: Premium T6 Starship Choice

Although I have two full 65 Klingon officers, when I open the rewards box, there are no klingon ships available to gain. I'm trying to get the D7 miracle worker carrier. Which it says is included as a choice. I have put in 4 help tickets to this point and it still has not been resolved. The only offer from the GM was to post on this board....:( Help! anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks

    The D7 Miracle Worker Carrier is in the Discovery Flight Deck Carrier Tier 6 Ship box. If you hover the cursor over the box it'll show you the two choices.

    Make sure a Klingon character opens the box. It should give you an account bound version of the carrier that you can then move to the character you want to have the ship.

    Hard to believe support couldn't tell you this. Strange. :/

    Wow! Thank you so much! I have been trying to figure this out since January. You think the GM, in one of the four trouble reports I submitted would be able to tell me that!

    No problem, glad you were able to find it, apparently several folks are having trouble finding it. I responded to another post in zen/promotions section with the same question.
