There is No Accolade for for Tier 6 Discovery Legends or is Missing in my list

My game shows I do have reputation Tier 6 for Discovery Legends Reputation. It's just that I had not received a log entry as to confirming I had gotten it or so the screenshots show. Also, no record in "Accolades" shows up either for Tier 6 Discovery. Terran Task Force and Task Force Omega are the only other 2 COMPLETED reputations to Tier 6 I have on on my Starfleet Science Character L'Nel.

When I got onto Star Trek Online, L'Nel showed that the Daily rep quests were completed and awaiting to be picked up. When I had clicked the button for Discovery to claim it, the pop-up for my next episode in the story popped up (current one is for "The Once and Future Agent") as I clicked it because I had "just" logged in. I believe what happened is the game had 2 things happen at once and it decided to let the mission show first before the pop-up showing I completed Tier 6 Reputation for Discovery. Which of course did not show at all after that. I claimed the last Daily for Terran Task Force, it popped almost immediately and told me I completed Tier 6 reputation. I know I have the reputation for Tier 6 Discovery because I claimed the retrain token and the fleet module (same for Terran Task Force & TF Omega).

If anymore screenshots are needed, please let me know.

I do not know if this is a glitch on my end or the accolade for Tier 6 Discovery Legends just doesn't exist.

Have you logged out and logged back in? Have you changed instances? Sometimes there is lag when you complete a reputation, it used to not be that way when the reps were first introduced.

I've just been checking on my own characters and it seems there is no accolade for Discovery Legends Tier 6.
Thus, no bug.
In fact, the Tier 6 Accolade just don't exist for some Reputations.

I have done that, several times. Nothing had happened. I did that before on my Tactical Officer who has sever Tier 5 reps done (only TF Omega at 6). I logged back in and she got them.. this one just didn't for Tier 6 of Discovery if there is in fact one for it.

At this point I'm trying to determine if it just an oversite on the dev team (forgot to make one perhaps) or if it still is a bug. I've been scouring the wiki and some other sites linked to STO to see. Nothing has come up so far.
