!!!GAME BREAKING BUG!!!! Personnel Officer starbase upgrade stuck KDF

I am writing a new post just because the old one is being ignored and to make sure that you are aware that this is a GAME BREAKING BUG!!!! Please fix it. We spent hundreds of euros on this game and dilithium for Starbase upgrades an now we cannot progress! Or make a cancel project button if you cannot fix it! We can survive without Personnel officer on KDF side. Latest "exciting" patch notes (15.08.2024.) deal with gender text mismatch after Alteration token usage! This is NOT a game breaking bug!
