Event Campaign T6 Coupon Restriction on the 13th Bundle

So the T6 Coupon from the event campaign says you cannot get anything included in the 'new items' tab on the store, despite the fact that you can get those Dyson ships if you wish. However, you can't purchase any of the ships from the 13th Anniversary bundle either. Customer services have stated conflicting information to myself and one player over on the reddit. On the reddit they said that anything in the last 2 years is considered as new (contradicts what is on the restriction text). The reply to me was that it was a glitch in the store.
